Shipping Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping, customer declaration document, operational issues and daily enquiries
• Follow-up on sales & purchase orders, shipment booking & scheduling
• To plan, implement and enhance the logistics and shipping practices and procedures
• Chase and check shipping and other relevant documentations prepared by the function team
• Managed order processes with overseas vendors to ensure on time delivery  
• Prepare reports and forecast for management
• Lead, manage and motivate the operations team to achieve service targets
• Communicate with forwarders, shipping lines, external customers and work closely with other functional teams for execution of business strategies

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business / related field or above
• Working experience in shipping department with managerial experience preferred
• Well-versed in full set L/C, shipping and logistics operation procedure and document
• Proficient in computer skills especially in MS Office with SAP knowledge preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Well developed planning and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel and station outside Macau when necessary;
• Macau resident a must
