1) Administration Executive (Location: Macau )
· Handle telephone calls and coordinate mail, documents and courier services
· Provide general clerical support to other departments
· Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
· Implement the effective procurement in terms of office supply and agency service
· Documentation management such as supplier contact/ fix asset report / spare key management etc.
· Liaise with Regional Finance Manager about book keeping for daily expenses
• College education or above
• Good command of English and Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Have a positive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of customer service management
