Administration & Accounting clerk
Job Responsibilities The candidate will be responsible for office daily administration, assist in HR function, and assist for simple accounting function. Her job responsibilities mainly included : - The daily office administration, such as reception, arrange logistic and hotel booking ,door security access maintenance; office supply ordering, coordinate with other office in different location ect .
- To assist in HR function: such as assist in recruitment, keep HR files and record, submit social insurance and salary tax quarterly return, report employment record to Financial bureau ect .
- To assist daily accounting function : such as handle petty cash and keep record, prepare payment request forms, process banking transaction, assist accountant in daily book keeping.
Requirements - University graduation major in accounting or business administration.
- Some working experience preferred but not compulsory. The fresh graduates who keen to learn are considerable.
- Having good working attitude, discipline, punctuality, good personality and be initiative.
- Good team player with good communication skill
- Good English in reading, writing and speaking
- Macau Resident to be considered only.
