Assistant Sales Administration Manager
Our client is a global group of highly successful, socially responsible companies operating in the resources development area, such as Fibre, Pulp, Paper, Agro and energy (Pacific Oil & Gas). In order to expand their business in Asia, they are now recruiting a dynamic and experienced caliber to join their team in Macau: Assistant Sales Administration Manager Job Responsibilities: - Manage the sales administration function for local/global business.
- Manage order processing, data entry, pricing, shipments, invoicing and logistics issues in a manner consistent with customer service, cost and company objective
- Manage volume allocation decisions, revenue forecasting and contract administration
- Generate customized management reports for performance measurement and decision making
- Coordinate seamlessly between the plants and global customers to ensure quality and efficient customer service and product delivery
- Assist sales team to develop sales and distribution networks to optimize business opportunities and meet sales targets
- Coordinate interaction between the carriers and overseas distribution centers for product delivery to end customers
Job Requirements: - University graduate preferred.
- Well developed business and supply chain knowledge attained through diverse assignments in logistics, sales and business analyst at manufacturing location
- Above 5 years of related working expereince in similar job function with knowledge of SAP will be advantages.
- Basic knowledge of L/C is a must
- Solid experience in managing client services and processes
- Control and cost conscious
- Good communication skill
- People management
