工作大綱:

·         向服務主管或服務經理彙報

·         負責為客戶提供高品質的日常維護服務，包括網路產品、IPT、PABX的安裝，與硬體或軟體有關的維修、災難恢復，搬遷專案、清潔保養，以及其他由服務主管或服務經理委任的技術性工作

主要職責:

l            作為專案成員，為專案經理提供專業技術實施和專案文檔

l            為客戶提供高品質的現場硬體和系統軟體的安裝和維護服務

l            提供搬家和專案實施服務

l            為客戶提供現場PM服務

l            為每個已完成的工作，完成工作報告或相關的服務實施文檔

入職條件:

l            電腦工程或相關中高級文憑持有者

l            具現場技術支援服務方面的實際工作經驗，範疇包括網路產品／IPT /PBX

l            1 年以上相關工作經驗

l            具網路產品／IPT /PBX技術方面的經驗

l            CCNA 以上或熟悉Nortel、Panasonic、Simens 等相關交換機

l            熟悉安全產品或有相關的認證

l            普通話流利，能進行基本英語的口語溝通，英語讀寫能力強

l            技術性問題解決能力、人際溝通技巧、客戶處理技巧
