工作大綱:

·         向服務主管或服務經理彙報

·         負責為客戶提供高品質的日常維護服務，包括伺服器、存儲、安全產品的安裝，與硬體或軟體有關的維修、災難恢復，搬遷專案、清潔保養，以及其他由服務主管或服務經理委任的技術性工作

主要職責:

l            作為專案成員，為專案經理提供專業技術實施和專案文檔

l            為客戶提供高品質的現場硬體和系統軟體的安裝和維護服務

l            提供搬家和專案實施服務

l            為客戶提供現場PM服務

l            為每個已完成的工作，完成工作報告或相關的服務實施文檔

入職條件:

l            大專以上程度

l            1年以上相關工作經驗

l            具桌面／伺服器／存儲產品 / 安全產品技術方面的經驗

l            MCSE和熟悉相關伺服器軟體

l            熟悉HP、IBM 、DELL等主流伺服器和存儲產品

l            普通話流利，能進行基本英語的口語溝通，英語讀寫能力強

l            技術性問題解決能力、人際溝通技巧、客戶處理技巧、「以客為本」的態度

l            具團隊精神及有幹勁
