The candidate has experience working collaboratively with other designers and development teams to design complex end user experience, and communicating these ideas clearly and persuasively with clients and other external audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other designers as well as business and development teams to deliver high-quality graphic solutions to build a superior customer experience
- Manage external graphic teams to deliver visual design to business and development requirements
- Produce and manage clean and effective design documentation including style guides and user interaction specifications
- Proactively manage time and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience providing visual design solutions in a web design, multimedia, e-commerce, or other creative agency-like environment
- Expertise in Photoshop and Flash is required
- Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, DHTML is strongly preferred
- Degree in Graphic Design or other visual communication-related field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency (oral and written) in Chinese is required and English is strongly preferred
