護膚化粧品 品牌 - 銷售主管

負責澳門地區銷售點之營運，包括計劃不同活動令銷售點之業績能達到所定之銷售額、確保美容顧問之生產力及顧客服務水平達到公司要求、協助招聘前線員工及管理當地員工紀律等工作。需於假日工作以配合促銷活動，亦需要協助公司與商業伙伴建立良好合作關係。
 
應徵者需具備：
 
l          中七或以上學歷
l          最少5年或以上護膚品或化粧品零售經驗，其中3年為主管經驗
l          具良好領導能力及熟悉如何指導下屬提昇表現
l          良好人事管理及溝通技巧
l          具良好分析能力並能獨立處理問題
l          熟悉一般文書處理系統；懂POS系統更佳
