Network Support Specialist
A global technology organization is looking for a Network Support Specialist to support the IT projects in Macau .
Job Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to clients, maintain and support the in-house systems and ensure reliable and satisfactory operations to meet the service level requirements.
Network equipment configuration and management
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in software engineering or computer science
Possess the following qualification and requirements:
Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL)
