The Table Games Dealer ris accountable for excellence within the Table Games operation and is personally responsiblefor ensuring that all customers receive a quality gaming experience within an ultimate entertainment environment.
This important role requires the successful candidate to respond immediately to customer's needs and to be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels whilst dealing the games in accordance with the rules and procedures. - Deliver a high level of service on the gaming floor by role-modeling pre-emptive service and attention to detail.
- Respect customer privacy at all times and ensure that the customer experience is consistent and meets demands.
- Ensure that games are dealt accurately and in accordance with the rules and procedures, and comply with all City of Dreams policies and procedures.
- Be a team player, understand and role model City of Dreams values at all times.
Qualifications:
- Possess valid Macau Resident Identity Card
- Junior high school graduated is an advantage
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
Experience:
- Knowledge of the Gaming industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
