Position Summary
 
The Table Games Dealers are accountable for excellence within the Table Games operation on shift and are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a quality gaming experience within a six star environment.
 
The role requires the successful candidate to respond immediately to Table Games customer's needs and to be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels whilst dealing the games in accordance with the rules and procedures.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 
Guest Service and Customer Relations
  • Deliver a high level of service on the gaming floor by role-modeling pre-emptive service and attention to detail.  Respect customer privacy at all times and ensure that the customer experience is consistent and meets demands
Game Security
  • Ensure that games are dealt accurately and in accordance with the rules and procedures, and comply with all Altira Macau policies and procedures
Resolution of Disputes
  • Ensure that any disputes are settled by remaining calm and passing on all relevant dispute information to the Games Supervisor
Performance Management
  • Foster open and two-way communication within the Gaming team, understand and role model Altira Macau values at all times. Understand the formal and informal mechanisms to provide you with effective and fair performance feedback

  • Sound knowledge of the Gaming industry
  • Experience in Asian Gaming markets highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Verbal Cantonese essential
