Assistant Front Office Manager |

Requirements & Duties: - Degree holder in hospitality or related disciplines
- At least 5 years front office experience with supervisory level
- Abilities to maintain smooth relationships between management and guests.
- Abilities to handle guest enquiry and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner and report to Front Office Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- Abilities to conduct routine inspection, ensure a general cleaning of the hotel premises and report irregularities for immediate rectification.
- Participate and acquire a more active role towards the hotel operations and voice opinions for possible improvements.
- Exercise cooperation between departments and act as a coordinator joint action is required.
- To handle all emergencies whenever necessary.
- To liaise with the Guest Service Counter an updating the lobby signboard.
- To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship, especially with regards to building a base for long staying guests
- Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Front Office Officer"
