Guest Service Agent 客戶服務員
Key Responsibilities · Report to the Guest Service Supervisor for all guest services related day-to-day operations and Ad-hoc assignments. · Responsible for handling guests enquiries, feedbacks and even complaints inside casino. · To proactively provide the information about casino/hotel services, promotions and offers to the VIP guests. · To serve and assist the guests for casino activities such as exchanging clips transactions, encouraging membership registration and redemptions. Requirements · Secondary Education or Diploma, with relevant working experience is preferred. · With pleasant personality, customer-oriented mindset and work independently · Have a can-do spirit and can work under pressure. · Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of English will be an advantage. · with excellent skills in communication with practical experience in handling guest complaints independently · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications · Willing to work on shift duties or agreed roster. · Immediate available is preferable. · Both full-time and hourly rate (時薪) are welcome.
