Position Summary: Responsible for providing general CAD drafting service as well as filing of both soft and hard copies of all construction related and as-built documents. Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for all CAD drafting and related services to support the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer
- Responsible for all filing of both hard and soft copies of all construction related and as-built documents - drawings, operations and maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, photographs and all other reference materials
Set up a library or take over an existing library from Projects & Construction Team and ensure that all documents are up-to-dateExperience: - Currently working as CAD operator in consultant, construction or contractor companies with at least 1 to 2 years experience
- Preferably with some design knowledge in fit out works and building services
Education: - Trained in AutoCAD drafting skills
- Fresh graduates with necessary drafting skills are also acceptable
Skills / Competencies: - Skilled user of AutoCAD drafting software together with other standard MS software including Visio, MS Project and MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good interpersonal skills, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure and ambiguity
