Officer Responsibilities: - To supervise the department in :
- checking account opening documents - maintaining and updating customer information in the system - handling customer complaints - replying enquiries from auditors or government authorities on customer account balances Requirements: - Preferably be a university degree holder with 4 years of relevant experience

Familiar with accounts opening procedure -
Initiative and able to work independently -
Well-organized, detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills -
