To assist in the day-to-day operation and security of the property 2. To answer Residents’ enquires and handle their initial complaints 3. To monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned contractors 4. To maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the tower counter 5. To activate the communication channels between Residents for collecting feedback on management services Requirements 1. Form 5 or above 2. Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent 3. At least on year experience in hotel management 4. Good command of both spoken and written English 5. Experience in security service is an advantage.
