To cope with rapid business expansion, Properties Sub F, Limited is now inviting applications for the following position:

Responsibilities
1. Assist in maintaining excellent relationship with the tenants, visitors and offer assistance in case of any emergency.
2. Help promote the company image to the public and to handle their enquiries in a professional and diplomatic manner.
3. Co-ordination and attend any handover issues with the incoming tenants in order to have complete knowledge of their nature of business and operating hours.
4. Maintain positive relations with other departments and co-ordinate information and liaise with the Building Management Team.
5. Attend weekly briefing and regular meetings.
Requirements
1. Diploma or certificate in hotel or related management
2. Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a hotel or related customer service industry.
3. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
4. To work shift hours and wear uniform.
