Overall in charge of the technical and engineering operations of the centre 2. Review existing maintenance regime and identify any improvements of efficiencies 3. Develop contingency plans for critical systems in buildings 4. Prepare technical tenders, carry out tender analysis and recommend for acceptance of tender for the major works budgeted for the buildings. 5. Prepare annual technical budget and 5-year project relating to E&M installations in the building 6. Liaise with all parties who are working for the special projects within buildings in relation to the technical and site work arrangement. 7. Carry out works or directives to ensure building services provide a productive, reliable and efficient platform for our tenants 8. Co-ordinate and monitor project consultants to carry out major maintenance, fitting out and renovation projects and reinstatements works. 9. Issue purchase orders and certify invoices for payment to all E&M installation works. 10. Prepare draft circulars and letters for all E&M installations’ works. 11. Attend tenant’s complaint 12. Attend emergency calls outside normal business hours 13. Oversee special project management if and when so required. Requirements 1. Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering 2. Chartered engineer of relevant engineering discipline 3. Minimum 5 to 10 years of Property O&M with at least 4 years at supervisory level 4. Experience in managing a shopping centre is an advantage 5. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin an advantage. 6. Holder of Macau Identity Card is a must.
