Human Resource & Administration Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities: · Responsible for general administration and human resources duties. · Direct report to Head of Finance and Human Resources. · Employees record administration including leave records, attendance and personal records update. · Assist in handling interview arrangement, records ad report filings and other ad hoc activities · Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Finance and Human Resources. Requirements: · Higher Diploma in Business Administration & Human Resources or above qualification. · Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in human resources and office administration. · Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. · Ability to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. · Strong organizational skills .
