Position Description:

·         To oversee all marketing functions including events, direct marketing, advertising and public relations that generate acceptable returns and are well executed

·         To develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies and marketing programs that generate trial; drive volume, retention and revenue; strengthen brand value; build long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners

·         Direct all aspects of the Marketing department to ensure that the daily operations of the departments are conducted in an efficient, productive and professional manner

·         Direct all advertising projects from commencement to production to implementation including signage, advertising and promotions campaign, product launch

Position Requirements:

·         University degree required; MBA degree preferred

·         Minimum 3 years of experience working for a major casino with hands-on experience in special events, Advertising, Finance, Brand Marketing, Relationship Marketing (Direct Mail and Internet Marketing), Database Services, Marketing Research and Entertainment

·         Strong PC skills

·         Extensive knowledge of marketing including Loyalty Marketing, Database Marketing, Marketing Analysis and Research, Direct and Internet Marketing, Casino Operations, Casino Marketing, Branding, Asian Market Development, Financial Planning and Customer Services

·         Fluent in English and Chinese

·         Ability to develop plans with measurable results

·         Ability to develop effective working relationships with fellow Team Members and coordinate marketing activities with operating departments

·         Ability to simultaneously manage several projects

·         Great marketing/advertising acumen with sound negotiation skills

·         Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a multinational corporate team environment

·         A high level of professionalism and work ethic

·         Ability to get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team

·         Ability to work independently

·         A well-groomed and professional appearance
