Technical Manager (Gaming)
Responsibilities -
Support Asian gaming industry for the company -
Manage Technical Department of 10 Technicians -
Service contracts with existing customers – daily preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment in Casino -
Installation of Gaming equipment into casino’s around Asia -
Co-ordinate and delegate Technical staff and skills to support customers with queries, faults and product related issues in the field -
Manage parts inventory and staff responsible for this -
Co-ordinate, Plan and delegate Technical team for daily tasks -
Communicate with management team and provide reporting and information on planning and issues Requirements -
Technical Diploma or Engineering Degrees – IT people do not necessarily have the hands on or management skill (behind a monitor all day) -
Management or Supervisory experience -
Fluent in English, presentable and able to communicate with Senior Management in Casino’s -
Previous Casino experience essential -
Valid Passport and Drivers license -
Ability to manage group of 10 to 12 Staff -
Ability to delegate, schedule and plan for upcoming projects, installs etc -
