Position Description:

Position Requirements:

·         Provide service to guests and respond to all requests

·         Maintain the work and guest areas in a clean and tidy fashion

·         Monitor guest safety particularly around the climbing equipment areas. Politely request guests to observe the safety and behavior requirements where necessary

·         Ensure adequate supplies of equipment are available for guest use

·         Assist with various recreation and leisure related programs for adults and children

·         Be knowledgeable with the property’s facilities and use of equipment

·         Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day

·         Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction

·         Perform tasks as directed by a supervisor

·         Middle school graduate

·         Certification as a lifeguard if applicable

·         First aid including CPR training desirable

·         Fluent in Cantonese, knowledge of English and Mandarin is a plus

·         Have exceptional guest relation skills and be passionate about looking after people

·         Able to work in a fast-moving environment

·         Able to stand for extended periods of time

·         Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team

·         Be willing to work any day and any shift

·         Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

·         Have a well groomed, professional appearance
