Front Office - Paiza-Butler
Position Description: · Review in-house, arriving and departing Paiza guests on a daily basis. Establish relationships with Paiza guests, collecting and updating guest personal information, preferences, practices, and hobbies to ensure Paiza has as detailed and accurate a guest history and guest recognition program as possible · Provides In Suite Welcome gestures for Arrival VIP/VVIP who are escorted by Duty Manager, International Marketing Host or Shift Manager or Management · Be able to escort guests from the front of the hotel to the suites and serve the guests as needed including hotel tour, suite tour, explanation of services, unpacking and packing luggage · Where required, take orders for in suite dining, housekeeping and ensure these are followed up with the respective departments to ensure timely delivery of the service or to the extend of assisting with the delivery of them to ensure that nothing is overlooked · Respond to guest requests and answer their questions in a professional manner · Attend to service in the suites, VIP Lounge and Paiza Club including restocking product, equipment and supplies · Attend to laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, mending and shoe polishing as needed · Run errands as assigned including, tickets, shopping, food products, deliveries and packages · Fulfill guest requirements as long as they are safe, legal and economically sound · Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times · To be fully conversant of Paiza S.O.P. · Responsible for Multi Bay Suite Pantries. Includes ordering of stock and maintaining stock par levels · Preparation and serving welcome teas and welcome towels for VIP guests · Responsible for Butler Floor Pantries. Keep clean and tidy and maintain Par levels of stock · Ability to perform as a 24 hour Personal Butler to VIP/VVIP as and when the need arise · To be able to perform any other tasks delegated by Manager, Paiza or Executive Manager, Paiza Position Requirements: · High school graduate or equivalent vocational school certificate · Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, knowledge of other language(s) e.g. Japanese, Korean, Russian or Bahasa is a plus · Have exceptional guest relation skills and be passionate about looking after people · Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data · Excellent professional presentation and grooming · Be willing to work any day and any shift · Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies · Have a well groomed, professional appearance |
