Priority Service Center - Guest Service Agent
Position Description: The Venetian Macao Resort - Hotel, opening in Mid 2007, is a 3,000 all suite hotel that is looking for superstars to be part of what is unquestionably one of the largest most exciting integrated upscale resort developments in the world today. ( www.venetianmacao.com ) To perform all activities in the Priority Service Center, acknowledge and relay all incoming and outgoing calls, provide information of our services and facilities to guests in a prompt, courteous, and helpful matter. To be the main communication point of the hotel by providing and co-ordinating a rapid response to all guest requests, inquiries and needs, as well as assigning work orders to appropriate personnel. To identify and anticipate guest needs by ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Be familiar with all aspects of the Priority Service Center, the property's facilities, other departments' policies and procedures in order to relate the work orders timely and appropriately. Position Requirements: · High school certificate or equivalent vocational school certificate · Fluent English and Mandarin and Cantonese, knowledge of other language(s) e.g. Japanese, Korean is an advantage Have exceptional guest relation skills and be passionate about looking after people · Possess an excellent speaking voice · Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team · Flexibility to work any shift on any day of the week · Have a well groomed, professional appearance |
