Host - Mass Marketing
| Description: | | | The Host of Mass Marketing acts as a service ambassador and is responsible to provide quality guest service to guests of Main Gaming Floor, especially to the Table Game Guests. He/She is also responsible to develop new players and maintain guest loyalty by giving away complimentary items according to predefined standards. The Host of Mass Marketing is also required to conduct promotional program/activities designed to promote the Main Gaming Floor. Candidates must be presentable, multi-lingual and fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and possess with sound customer service experience, strong communications skills and public relation skills. Gaming experience is preferable, and other language ability is definitely an advantage. |
