Service Agent (前堂接待員) - Front Office

Job Purpose:

Greet guests courteously and professionally. Provide excellent service in all Front Desk related matters: register guests, assign rooms, answer telephones, respond to enquiries, check-out guests, process payments (cash, credit card, accounts). Ensure every guest’s experience is pleasant and memorable.

 

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year Front Office experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent (major in Hospitality or Tourism preferred)

Knowledge/Certificates: Cash handling and basic accounting

Language Ability: Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin (other foreign languages an advantage)

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, (intermediate PABX: Avaya, Opera, Respak, FCS, Maximo an advantage)

Remarks:

    Customer service orientated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good phone etiquette

    Well-groomed, confident, friendly and polite

    Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment

    Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand

主要工作:

 

負責以有禮及專業的態度於前堂迎接賓客及執行以下工作,包括:入住登記、分配客房、接聽電話、回應賓客訴求、退房手續及結賬處理(現金,信用卡及帳戶)等;確保能為每位賓客帶來愉快而難忘體驗。

 

工作要求:

 

工作經驗:具最少一年前堂接待員工作經驗

教育程度:學士畢業或相等學歷(主修酒店管理及旅遊學士學位者優先考慮)

技能 / 證書:具處理現金交易能力及具基本會計知識

語言能力:能操及寫流利廣東話、普通話及英語,懂其他國家語言者優先考慮                  

電腦應用: 熟識Ms Office軟件操作;(PABX: Avaya, Opera, Respak, FCS, Maximo等電腦軟件具中級程度認識者優先考慮)

其他要求:

    具優質客戶服務、優良的溝通和人際關係技巧,以及具優質電話對答禮儀

    儀表端莊、自信有禮及熱情友善

    須具團隊精神、反應敏捷及能承受沉重之工作壓力

    須輪班工作,及能配合營運需要而作出調班安排
