Job Purpose:

Greet guests, answer the phone and handle enquiries, perform spa therapies such as hand/foot massage when required. Replenish supplies, collect soiled linens, clean and tidy Spa areas and maintain hygiene and sanitation.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1year experience in a high-volume spa

Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge/Certificates: Basic spa therapies

Language Ability: Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Computer Skills: Basic

Remarks:

•    Physically fit and able to lift medium-weight loads of soiled linens and stand for long periods

•    Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills

•    Well-groomed and excellent hygiene

•    Reliable, honest, trustworthy, calm, friendly and polite

•    Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment

•    Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand

主要工作：

須負責於理療康體中心迎接賓客，接聽電話和處理賓客訴求。如有需要，須為賓客進行理療，如手部/足部按摩等。同時亦須補充供應品、收集客人用用過的衣物及毛巾，並須時常保持理療區的整潔及衛生。

工作要求：

工作經驗：具最少一年於高人流量的理療中心工作經驗

教育程度：中學畢業或同等學歷

技能/證書：須具基本理療療法

語言能力：良好廣東話，普通話及英語

電腦應用：基本程度

其他要求：

·         體魄強健，能提起較多的床單和須長時間站立

·         具優質客戶服務、優良的溝通和人際關係技巧

·         儀表端莊及注重衛生

·         誠實可靠、處事冷靜、自信友善及彬彬有禮

·         須具團隊精神、反應敏捷及能承受沉重之工作壓力

·         須輪班工作，及能配合營運需要而作出調班安排
