International Marketing - Executive Host
Position Description: · Assist Assistant Shift Manager or Shift Manager to ensure daily operations is running smoothly · Assign duties to VIP Host and Host · Conduct shift briefing · Handle guest complaint and provide prompt feedback and service recovery · Assist in all events and function organized by the department · To promote gaming incentive program: - Complimentary and Premium · Assist in patron front money buy in and settlement of programs · Conduct training, counseling and coaching for team members of the department Position Requirements: · High School Degree, college education in Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred. · At least 2 years working experience as VIP Host or in similar position · Computer skill · Rating system · Public Relations skill · Work independently and self motivated · Respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest needs · Have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service · Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and problem solving skills · Possess good organizational skill · Possess excellent leadership and management skills, leading customer focus · Get along with fellow team Members and work as a team, participate in and facilitate team effectiveness, take actions that demonstrate consideration for the feelings and needs of others, be aware of the effect of one’s behaviors on others · Read, write, speak and understand English and Chinese, knowledge of other language is an advantage · Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift · Have a well groomed, extremely professional appearance |
