Information Technology - Quality Assurance Senior Manager
Position Description: · Management of the software development life cycle as it relates to Quality Assurance and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance · Schedules and manages all quality assurance and user acceptance testing from multiple sources, being, Emergency Fix; Minor Enhancement; Major Enhancement; Common Off the shelf purchased product · QA and UAT for products including ACSC, Table Touch, LMS, Infinium, Procurement (MMS + SAP) · Coordination and prioritization of changing needs · Gatekeeper for validation of software development life cycle process prior to moving to production environment – ensuring that results are as per business expectation Position Requirements: · Degree in Information Technology related curriculum preferred · Minimum 5 years of IT management experience · Minimum 3 years of Casino and Hotel experience · Hands-on experience on AS400 · Knowledge on Gaming and Hotel business operations · Sound knowledge on IT system testing methodologies · Able to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a service driven organization · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Must be able to perform people, process and performance management · Organized and detail-oriented · Good communication skills |
