Position Description:

·         Design and Develop SAP application reports in ABAP

·         Develop applications in SAP object oriented developing methods

·         Develop specifications to meet reporting requirements

·         Develop and conduct testing as per the testing methodology

·         Develop program specifications for ABAP/4 reports and add-ons

·         Develop and test interfacing and conversion software

·         The SAP formatted printing document process

·         Report project status to the Project Manager

·         Assist the other project teams in delivering their systems through expert advice and guidance

·         Self management and team management for all SOX and PMO compliance requirements

·         Manages project timelines and validates project deliverables to meet business objectives

Position Requirements:

·         Degree in Information Technology related curriculum required

·         Minimum 3 years of IT experience

·         Experience with ABAP development

·         Detailed knowledge of customer’s existing legacy systems or interface systems

·         Knowledge of the customer’s current business processes

·         Experience in object oriented developing methods

·         Experience in 4G/L languages, and an in-depth understanding of development tools and SAP ABAP development cycle

·         Strong written and oral communication skills

·         Familiar with IT processes, policies and procedures

·         Ability to work independently and manage team, or participate in a team

·         Coaching, mentoring of junior team members or new team members

·         Adjust to changing environment and job assignment based on need

·         Able to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a service driven organization

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
