Position Requirements:

·         Experience in concrete and structural steelwork construction; experience in major A&A works would be an asset.

·         Liaison and coordination with consultants site staff

·         Site construction permits and inspections matters

·         Review of Design Drawings for buildability, coordination and details, and assist with the development of erection method statements

·         Degree in construction, engineering, architecture, design or related field

·         Possess professional licence or certification as appropriate (or demonstrate qualification by experience)

·         Possess experience in holding relevant positions in Contractor, Consultant and/or client organizations on major and/or prestigious projects

·         Have previous experience in  multi-disciplinary and large scale projects, preferably Conference, Hotel, Leisure or Retail developments with high quality finishes

·         Possess thorough knowledge of building, safety and security requirements

·         Be independent, self-motivated and able to take responsibility for one’s work

·         Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels

·         Be diligent, hardworking and focused

·         Be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

·         Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
