職責： 負責接待客人，提供最典範的服務毎一位客人到逹酒店一刻直至離開協助經理領導員工維持日常運作，處理客人投訴及提供意見。 學歷要求：中學以上。 需具工作經驗及知識：三年相關經驗於禮賓部，熟識酒店系統，能讀中英及普通話，良好溝通技巧，接受輪班工作。 優先考慮條件：具有國際五星級大酒店相關經驗，懂多國語言及澳門文化遺産知識。 |
