Sales:

Job responsibilities:

1. Professional demonstration of the high-end merchandises
2. Respond to inquiries of the products and provide professional advice
3. Increase sales and turn every chance into selling opportunities
4. High quality of service manner to deliver the image of the brand 
5. Maintain current clientele and develop potential clientele

Senior Sales/Supervisor

Job responsibilities:
1. Manage sales flow effectively, including shop inventory control, staff scheduling, shopping experiences tailored for each customer and reaching sales targets.
2. Assure the brand image is well delivered to new clients and enhance current clientele’s brand loyalty, which includes good visual presentation of merchandises, professional pre and post sales service, especially good strategy of conflict handling
3. Coordinate management level staffs with all sales to assure effective communications so that customer feedbacks, policy execution, and all other essential information are shared.
4. Handle daily operations including new employees training

Requirements:

•A degree of high school or above
•At least 2 years of sales experience
•Experience of sales of luxury products
•Command of good sales skills, including good language competence, preferably Mandarin, Cantonese and English
•An appearance of professionality and decency with good service attitudes are desirable
