Essential Requirements: Degree/MBA in Engineering, Management, Economics; Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial and operational areas; Essential knowledge: Mathematical Finance, International Accounting, Personnel Management; In Computing: Office package (Word and Excel), Outlook and Corporate Systems; Must be able to speak/write English and Portuguese, knowledge of Chinese would be an advantage; Station overseas will be required Responsibilities:
• Responsible for guiding, planning and directing business operations in the following departments: finance, accounting, human resources, IT and administration. Responsibilities include formulation of internal policies, managing daily operations of the corresponding areas, planning of resource utilization (personnel and equipment) and creation of control mechanisms that look after the company's structure and its heritage in general. Department: Administration Maintain organization and administrative control through their roles: - Development and maintenance of internal regulations - Developing and maintaining processes and procedures - Disseminate strategy to levels of coordination and their teams - Manage general administrative cost - Development of Management Reports for analysis of operational efficiency - Ensure operation and hygiene Desktop - Conflict management Department: Finance Financial structuring of strategic planning involving the respective functions: - Manage the Finance Department Coordinator and assistants - Creation of performance indices - Management reports for analysis of results - Budgeting departmental journals - Management of risk in various investment - Manage periodic meetings for presentation of quarterly results - Managing cash flow - Development of new programs to improve the working environment and personnel qualification Department: I.T. Keep your corporate network in operation to ensure efficiency and IT-related issues some features: - Manage I.T.
