Key Responsibilities

·                     Organize and participate in various marketing activities, joint promotions and events 

·                     Coordinate with internal departments in organizing marketing related campaigns

·                     Manage different marketing activities including advertising, public relations, membership loyalty program, sales promotions and events

·                     To maintain guest loyalty and assist guests with enquiries and communicate with guests

·                      To work closely and maintain effective communications with all concerned operations team to deliver committed services to guests

Requirements

·                     Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification

·                     Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in public relations, media / event management and corporate communications

·                     Proactive, creative and energetic

·                     Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

·                     Good interpersonal and communication skills
