Reporting to the General Manager of Hard Rock Casino, the Training Manager is accountable for ensuring that the passion for the Hard Rock Mission "To spread the spirit of rock'n roll by creating authentic experiences that rock" is maintained throughout the Casino.
The Training Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating the implementation of training standards that support and maintain this initiative. They are also responsible for the management and administration of Project initiatives that reinforce the Hard Rock brand standards.
The Training Manager must be self motivated and have an energised personality who provides a hands on approach with the ability get our staff to deliver a Western style casino experience to all guests.
The service philosophy in the Hard Rock is about genuine human interactions done with passion so as to ignite more passion. It's about entertaining and creating spontaneous memorable moments. Best of all its about being yourself and giving respect to all.
The Training Manager is responsible for ensuring that this service philosophy is provided to all guests by championing a team of positive staff to deliver likewise both within and across departments.
Experience (please indicate minimum required and preferred experiences)
? Minimum of 1 years experience in a management role
? Preference for experience in Asian gaming environment
Education (please indicate minimum and preferred academic requirements)
? A degree qualification in a Management or Hospitality related discipline is required
? Gaming related courses an advantage
Skills / Competencies (please indicate requisite competencies that are qualified for the position)
