Shipping Manager
Our client is a global group of highly successful, socially responsible companies operating in the resources development area, such as Fibre, Pulp, Paper, Agro and energy (Pacific Oil & Gas). In order to expand their business in Asia, they are now recruiting a dynamic and experienced caliber to join their team in Macau: Shipping Manager Responsibility - Monitor preparation of full set of I/E shipping documents including L/C and banking documents by the function team - Monitor and ensure on time completion of month end closing - Lead and motivate a small documentation team of about 4 – 5 members - Provide effective service to both internal and external customer - Provide solution to internal customer for operation improvement - Review and recommend improvement on work procedure to management - Prepare and review SOP of documentation - Negotiate with internal customer to prepare and review service agreement Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business / related field or above - 5 years or above managerial experience in shipping department preferred - Knowledge of full set L/C, shipping and logistics operation procedure and document - Proficient in computer skills especially in MS Office with SAP knowledge preferred - Strong leadership, team building skills and able to induce changes; - Strong analytical, people management and communication skills and able to work independently under pressure - Willing to travel and station outside Macau when necessary - Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin - Immediate available preferred They offer an attractive remuneration package with promising career prospect to the right candidates.
