A shop that sells men and women fashion, jewelries, watches, accessories and gifts that belongs to one of the well-known hotels in Macau is now looking for a passionate and compatible store manager!

What you need to be doing:
1. Manage sales flow effectively, including shop inventory control, staff scheduling, shopping experiences tailored for each customer and reaching sales targets.
2. Assure the hotel image is well delivered to clients, which includes good visual presentation of merchandises, professional pre and post sales service, especially good strategy of conflict handling
3. Coordinate management level staffs with all sales to assure effective communications so that customer feedbacks, policy execution, and all other essential information are shared.
4. Handle daily operations including new employees training

Who do we want:
*Fluency in English is a MUST
*Proven record of good performance in management in retail industry
*Since the shop is possibly one of the most unconventional shops in Macau, we need a candidate that is genuinely interested in the atmosphere and can fit without paying too much effort
