Assistant Operations Manager-Catering

Ref: MMCL/FB/AOM/160710 Responsibilities 1. To maintain high standards of quality, presentation and cleanliness throughout catering outlets of all property portfolios 2. Day to day operations of catering outlets of all property portfolios including daily administration, staff roster and etc 3. To lead, direct and follow up on each negotiation process until closing of files on all catering functions 4. To manage and develop the business by leading a team to provide the highest standard of service to our clients including making recommendations on food and beverage, responding to clients’ requests, comments and suggestions; and budget control Requirements 1. Qualification in Catering Management 2. Solid experience in the field of catering business 3. At least 3 years’ in managerial position 4. Customer oriented with ability to work under pressure & independently 5. Organized & Self motivated 6.
