Job Responsibilities The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications & attribute: Responsible for developing the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations for the project and carry out the following duties: - Prepare detailed construction / working programmes for various trades / packages and overall project;
- Monitor the site progress; markup / update the master programme;
- Prepare progress reports and management reports;
- Prepare, update and monitor various working schedules
- Identify changes and impact assessment, and work with the team to provide optimum solution for the work
Qualifications & Requirements - Degree in Building Studies/Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or other related professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with exposure in design, planning and construction works (especially in civil and building projects)
- Well versed in Programming, Primavera (P3) / Microsoft Project is a must
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to be stationed in Macau
- Previously experienced in Macau Hotels/Casinos project is a huge plus but not essential
