Responsibilities:

·   Compiles and maintains updated account listings/call sheets of all customers

·   Builds relationships with, solicits business, and resolves complaints from prospective or current clients

·   Provides updated forecast reports on a regular basis to management and identifies major sales opportunities in a timely manner

·   Identifies customer needs via sales contact or through slot floor analysis

·   Prepares sales contracts and sales order entry documentation in a timely and accurate manner for orders obtained

·   Develops a good working knowledge of the product line and its application within the marketplace  

Requirements:

·   Bachelors degree preferred

·   One or more years of sales experience and/or training

·   Gaming industry experience is preferred

·   Ability to write reports, business correspondence, sales proposals, and presentation materials

·   Good written and verbal skills in English and Chinese

·   Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, managers, customers, or the general public

·   Strong negotiation skills when preparing sales contracts
