Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Compiles and maintains updated account listings/call sheets of all customers.
• Builds relationships with, solicits business, and resolves complaints from prospective or current clients.
• Provides updated forecast reports on a regular basis to management and identifies major sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Identifies customer needs via sales contact or through slot floor analysis.
• Prepares sales contracts and sales order entry documentation in a timely and accurate manner for orders obtained.
• Develops a good working knowledge of the product line and its application within the marketplace.

Training and/or Experience

• One or more years of sales experience and/or training.
• Gaming industry experience is preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, sales proposals, and presentation materials.
• Good written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, managers, customers, or the general public.
• Strong negotiation skills when preparing sales contracts.

Education

• Bachelors’ degree preferred.
