In order to expand their business in Macau, they are now recruiting a dynamic and experienced caliber to join their team in Macau: Recruitment & Staff Affairs Supervisor Human Resource Department Job Requirements: - - Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Human Resources Management - - minimum 3 years of HR experience in a sizable organization - - Good analytical skills, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills - - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese - - Proficiency in coordinating activities in the HR team - - Possessing team spirit - Job Accountabilities: - - Implements HR policies and ensure to align with HR strategies - - Ensures planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results - - Maintains employee benefit programs and consolidates related documents and application procedures - - Handles related projects independently and effectively, including orientation, staff satisfaction survey and best staff election - - Ensures legal compliance - - Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping pst and current records - - Completes human resource operational requirements through scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results - Interested applicants please send your applications with full resume to avychang@macauhr.com.
