• Degree or above in either Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant managerial experience
• In-depth knowledge of general building construction including engineered systems is essential
• Experience with other public utility service provider highly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer services skills
• Able to handle projects independently
• Good command in both English and Chinese
