IT Specialist (資訊科技專員) - Tech Services
Job Purpose:
Install and maintain computer and telecommunications equipment, test and evaluate new equipment, and provide end-user support.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ IT experience in a computer and telephone equipment support role
Education: Bachelor degree in IT or related field
Language Ability: Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
Computer Skills: Expert in desktop PCs, printers and software applications
Remarks:
•Strong attention to detail, good problem-solving and trouble-shooting
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Able to work independently with little supervision
•Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand
