Club Host (會籍業務代表) - Club Marketing
Job Purpose:
Provide friendly, professional service to Red Club Card casino guests and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Customer service and previous casino marketing experience preferred
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of table game regulations
Language Ability: Good Cantonese and Mandarin (English an advantage)
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and typing skills (English and Chinese)

•Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong salesmanship and problem-solving skills
•Friendly, approachable, confident, honest, loyal and polite
•Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment
