Assistant Manager (宴會服務部副經理) - Catering/ Banquet Services

Job Purpose:

 

Assist the Manager with the daily operations of the Catering & Banquet department and ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service by leading, motivating and coaching Team Members to exceed guests’ expectations.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ banquet experience in a five-star hotel (2 years as a supervisor)

Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent product knowledge of Western and Chinese cuisines, wines and cocktails

Education: Secondary school diploma or above (bachelor degree in hospitality management an advantage)

Language Ability: Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and POS software

Remarks:

           Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities

           Customer service orientated, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills

           Self-motivated, organised, confident, friendly and polite

           Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment

           Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand

負責協助經理處理宴會服務部的日常運作;同時亦須對團隊成員作出領導、激勵及指導性工作,以確保團隊成員為賓客帶來五星級的禮遇及有效率的服務,確保能讓賓客體驗超乎所想的感受。

 

工作要求:

 

工作經驗:具最少五年於五星級酒店從事宴會工作的經驗;其須具最少2 年的管理經驗

技能 / 證書:熟悉中、西式菜餚、酒類及雞尾酒

教育程度:中學畢業或以上程度,持酒店管理學士學位者優先考慮

語言能力:能操或寫流利英語、廣東話及普通話

電腦應用:熟悉MS OfficePOS電腦軟件操作

其他要求:

        具優秀的領導能力、管理技巧和監督能力

        具優質客戶服務、優良的溝通和人際關係技巧

        主動積極、組織力強、自信友善、彬彬有禮及儀表端莊

        須具團隊精神、反應敏捷及能承受沉重之工作壓力

        須輪班工作,及能配合營運需要而作出調班安排
