Job Purpose:

Introduce beverages to guests and prepare and serve drinks. Clean and tidy the bar, setup the bar for service, and maintain beverage inventory.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ F&B service or bar experience in a hotel or restaurant

Education: Secondary school or above

Knowledge/Certificates: Good product knowledge of beverages and bar operations; basic cash handling

Language Ability: Fluent English (Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage)

Computer Skills: Knowledge of POS an advantage

•           Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship

•           Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite

•           Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment

•           Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand

•        儀表端莊、注重衛生、自信友善及彬彬有禮

•        須具團隊精神、反應敏捷及能承受沉重之工作壓力

•        須輪班工作，及能配合營運需要而作出調班安排
