Job Purpose:

Provide excellent customer service and introduce available dishes. Take orders and deliver dishes and drinks calmly and efficiently. Clear and reset tables for new guests.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience

Education: Secondary school diploma or above

Knowledge/Certificates: Good product knowledge of international cuisine and beverages and their preparation; basic cash handling

Language Ability: Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Computer Skills: Knowledge of POS an advantage

•           Customer service orientated, good communication and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship

•           Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite

•           Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high pressure work environment

負責為賓客提供優質的餐飲客戶服務，包括以冷靜及有效率的態度為客人推介是日菜餚、落單、端送食物及飲品等；當客人走後，須重新清潔桌面及擺放餐具。

工作要求:

工作經驗：具最少一年從事客戶服務的工作經驗

教育程度：中學畢業或以上程度

技能 / 證書：熟悉各國佳餚種類及烹調法、各類飲品及製作方法；並須具簡單現金處理經驗

語言能力：能操流利的英語、普通話和廣東話                         

電腦應用：懂POS軟件操作者優先考慮

其他要求：

•           具優質客戶服務、優良的溝通和人際關係技巧；以及良好銷售技巧

•           儀表端莊、注重衛生、自信有禮及熱情友善

•           須具團隊精神、反應敏捷及能承受沉重之工作壓力

•           須輪班工作，及能配合營運需要而作出調班安排
