Job Purpose:

Support the Assistant Chief Engineer to operate and maintain building facilities as part of the preventative maintenance program and as ad hoc needs arise.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ building maintenance experience

Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of a range of building trades, codes and local government regulations an advantage

Education: Bachelor degree or above (Engineering major an advantage)

Language Ability: Good Cantonese & English( Mandarin an advantage)

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (BMS system an advantage)
